Regarding 221 g

Hi All,

ON Dec 1st i was given Form 221 g in Chennai Consulate asking to
produce the project details and Itinerary of Projects/ engagements during my stay in US(2006-2008)

I told my employer about the same and even he was not sure of the
formats as my employer is a start up company in US (one year old)


My employer is okey to give me the project details but he is not sure
how he can get the Itinerary letter as my US company is a consulting
company and he can place me with any of the clients based on the client requirement once i go to US. he says that he may not be able to give me itinerary letter and instead of that he will send me a letter stating tht i will
be working in an IN-House product for 9 months and then placed with any of his clients based on the client Requirement.

My question is will this letter be sufficient to convince the VO .

please advice..

Can alos any one please share with me the format of these letters and also can any one please advice how to convince the VO to issue my VISA .

If you mentioned about inhouse then don't speak about cleint.
I am also facing same problem waiting for project details

what shd the Itinerary contain?

Did they ask you to get the Itinerary?
