Help needed in filling H4 DS160 - what is diff between US Petitioner & Other Comp/Org

Hi,

I am filling my Spouse and Child's DS160 application for H4 visa and I am wondering what is the difference between "U.S Petitioner" and "Other Company/Organization" under the Travel tab -> Person Paying for your Trip.

Normally is not but if you are paying for it you got to put your name.
