Hi, could someone answer my below questions please:
1)I worked for 4 years at offshore location of company A and then for 3 years at onsite location B. As the registered names of companies on salary sheets are slightly different, do I need to list out as separate work experience while filling out DS160? Old company was meanwhile acquired by new company C, then have to consider as change in employment?
2)when I was onsite (on L1B), I had to stay beyond my I94 date since the L1B extension was in process (which got denied later on). So what should I answer to the question (have you ever unlawfully overstayed or violated the visa terms?) Yes/no.?
