H1B: Lost original Notice of Action

Hi,
Can anyone tell me what is the procedure for a lost H1B Notice of Action (approval letter)? How long does it take to get a copy and can you have your visa stamped without producing the original? I am now in USA and want to get my visa stamped in Canada.

think attorney certified copy should be OK

I think that attorney certified photocopy of the original approval notice should be good enough. But, call the consulate first and let them know that you have lost the original and take their permission to attend the interview with an attorney certified copy.
