Marriage Certificate for H4 Visa

HI,

I got married on 23rd Nov 2005 and later we registered our marriage in court. Now my wife is going for H4 Visa to delhi consulate.

My question is whether this certificate which says that our marriage has been registered under Hindu act to the court is sufficient, or i need to do a court marriage also.

Please help me understand this. My wife's H4 visa appointment is due in 2 weeks.
