3 months gap between 1st time and 2nd time

Hi

I attend my H1 visa interview on 23rd September the interviwer gave me the 221(g) form with 5 quries. My employeer took so many days to send the docs for the query.
I am planning to attend the interview 2nd time on 1st week of January.

Is there any problem, if the gap is too long between the interviews.
Any one attend with that huge gap...

Please give me your suggessitions......
