Rescheduling in VFS to an earlier date

Hi,

I had my interview scheduled on dec 20 through ttsvisas but I had to cancel it at the last moment cos the documents did not arrive in time.
Now I've my interview scheduled on april 7th.

Is there any possibility that I may get an earlier date, if i check the site regularly???

My guess is, if someone reschedules/cancels VFS apptmt or someone fails to re-confirm any of already scheduled "tts appointments", that slot should be available (immediately or next day?)? Does it happen this way?? someone please clarify...
