Offer Letter revised by Employer after H1 trasnfer is filed

Hi,

I got a offer letter from company A and I accepted it and sent a signed copy. I again got a revised offer with same compensation but changes in Level, from Sr. consultant to consultant. I did not accept offer but the company has already file the transfer and I got the receipt number. My question is -

Is the accepted offer letter a mandatory document while filing H1 transfer? If they ask me to join on the revised offer which I did not agree what can I do?
