Clarification on H1b Stamping

Hi Friends,

My H1 has been approved... but... according to that i have to attend interview at chennai. Currently I am working in Singapore(with workpermit) from last 9 months. Is there any problem if I attend intervie in US embassy in Singapore.

I got a info from one of my friend that people who have stayed in singapore for less than 1.5 yrs are not entertained to apply from singapore.. Just check out in other forums also before u go for stamping .
