Doubt regarding names in passport and in I129 form
Hi,
I am going to attend H1 visa interview in Jan 06. I have a doubt regarding the names used in H1 approval notive (Notice of action I797 form)
My first name is Sundarkumar and my last name is Krishnan. This is the same in my passport. But when my employer filed my H1 petition by mistake in I129 he has given the first name as Sundar, middle name as Kumar and last name as Krishnan. So in the I797 approval notice of action form my name appears like Krishnan, Sundar Kumar rather than Krishnan, Sundarkumar. The probelm is i don't have a middle name.
Is this a problem and will it jeopardize my visa processing?
What should i do to ammend this?
Pls. reply as i have my interview in Jan. Your help would be much appreciated.
