L1 to H1 transfer Visa not stamped

I did a change of status from L1 to H1 in US last year. My Visa is not stamped on my Passport. If I wish to Travel to India, will it cause any issues? My GC is also in initial stage.

As long as you have the valid documents I dont see an issue.
