    Expired H1B

    I am having H1B which was valid from 2007 to 2010. I was there in US for 1 year and since 2010 I am in India. Is it possible to renew my H1b ? I have heard there are some new rules from this year onward and since I spent only 1 year in Us , I am still eligible to work for 5 more years. Is it true?

    When were you in last valid H1 status in US?

        Which Month of 2009? If it was within last 6 Years then possible to be reused.
