Reconfirming TTS appointment

Hi

I took an appointment for H4 in January long before with TTS services. I saw in immihelp that I need to reconfirm teh appointment. I tried recofirming the appointment through this website http://www.ttsvisas.com/ConfirmAppmnt.aspx
But, once I fill out all the information and submit, I am getting a blank page. How do I know that my appointment is reconfirmed? Please let me know.
