H1 Transfer without Petition????

Hi,

I received my H1 Visa from A Company in 2014 . My visa is stamped by A company .I am currently in India and never went to US cause of Lack of oppurtunity with them .However, when i left company A, i have submitted my origional petition back to them as they requested .

Now i have moved to company B which has US oppurtunities.

1. Can H1 transfer b possible without actually holding petition?

2. Does my A company had right to ask Petition back when i moved from them to another company?

3. Or do i need to file for new H1B now?

Didn't you keep a copy?
1. Yes.
2. Yes.
3. You need copy of approval notice or receipt number.
