URGENT: H1 transfered - interview scheduled with old employer information!

Hi -

I have taken a visa appointment in India at New Delhi.

Meanwhile, if I was to change a job here, what would happen?
Will I have to take the appointment all over again?
Should I carry I797 from my new employer or old employer?

Same thing - I have a H4 stamping scheduled for my wife with me - what would happen in her case? Her current H4 valid till 2007 will do or must carry the new H4?

Possible solution

Possible that you have to change the appointment's DS 156 form to reflect your current employer as the consulate would like to know whom you are currently working for and the paystubs n other info for the same.
