Hi,
I would like to know how much time it will take to get the consular appointment date for the H-1B (returning person). Right now I am in US and in case of emergency if I go to india can I get interview date with in a week? Moreover I have filed petition for I-485 too and got advance parol. Is there any chance for the denial of H-1B visa?
I would appreciate anybody share their experience on this.
