H1B CAP Exempt Processing and Sponsors
Hello Everyone,
I'm working for an Indian company, went to US client location during the below mentioned period and back to India working for same company.
My questions:
1. Can i use the same petition to apply for CAP exempt processing since i just used 2.5 yrs in that H1B?
2. Will there be any US company or consultancy that can transfer or apply for CAP exempt processing while i'm in India?
3. If i quit my company will they revoke/cancel my petition?
H1B Petition Year - 2011
As per I797, petition valid from Jan 2011 to Dec 2013
Travelled to US - March 2011
Returned back to India - October 2013
No. of yrs in US - 2 yrs 5 months
