We submitted H1-b extension case to USCIS on Apr 21st. As per fedex tracking it was delivered on Apr 22nd. Still have not received receipt# yet. Employer has raised a case with USCIS. USCIS is working with their records management team to find out the details and asked to wait for their response before re-file.
However the issue is what if they can't track the package. USCIS is going to stop taking premium processing cases for H1-b extension from May 26th. So if we re-file within couple of days, will it be considered for premium processing considering previous date of submission? What if we don't have receipt# by end of visa (Jun 30th)?
