    H1B Stamping Doubts

    Hi,
    I got my H1B approved this October(before I was on H4) and planning to visit my country on jan 2007.
    Will the consulate ask my pay stubs for stamping??

    I do not have any pay stubs yet from my employer as am still in bench and expecting to get a contract only in Feb 2007.

    Is it possible for me to travel and get stamping on H1?

    Please advice.
