Hi All,
I applied for H1B visa last year April 2014. I got it approved on October 2014. I got a NOID From USCIS on December 2014. it said, I filed two Petitions and are identical. It is not true. I got jobs from 2 companies. My Company submitted the required documents on December 24 2014 as a reply to NOID. Now the status changed from NOID to , "We received the response to the RFE, we are working on the case". It is pending from 5 months. what should i do? Am i still on H1b?
Pls help me.
