Is there any way to apply for H4 visa when H1b visa on Extension process.

Please advise. and if it is possible to apply for H4 visa then which document i need to send for my family stamping.

Please advise. and if it is possible to apply for H4 visa then which document i need to send for my family stamping.

Till when is H1 I-94 valid? Advisable to file H4 only after getting H1 extension approval first, if in hurry upgrade to premium.
