I have changed my Employer but still have Visa till May-2016 stamped with my Old employer.Do i Need to go for Stamping or Can i carry the I797 of the H1B Amended and travel??
When my new employer filed the H1B he filed with his Work location but I now have a Client and working at a different work location.Many people are mentioning that the H1B Amendment needs to be done.If yes,
Please let me know how much cost would be incurred for the H1B Amendment and the duration.
