H1B Extension Filing Query
Dear Experts,
Please answer my query below..
My H1B Petition/VISA expiry date is (30th Sept,2015). I am travelling on 26th Jun,2015 from India & my organisation(Top IT giant in India )will be filing extension for 2 more year for same client(Role/location unchanged)once I reach US.Kindly confirm whether there is any issue with this plan?How I can strategise for a smooth extension .
