H4 travel

Hi

I am on H4,I had my visa and I-94 valid till dec 2005 .My husband has applied for his 7th year extention and my I539 in Oct'2005.Only thing i hold on is the recipt from UCSI stating that they have recived my application and is under process.

MY problem is i have to travel inside US(inter state) by plane and only identification i have is my passport(i dont have drivers licens or state ID) .will it be a problem to travel under all this conditions .

plase need a quick replies and thier personel experience to block the ticket.

shouldn't be a problem

You need to carry your passport as that's your only photo identification. If you are traveling within the USA, you won't need anything else besides your passport, but just to be on safe side carry your ORIGINAL I-539 as well.
