Hi,
This is Abdul Syed from Rochester Hills, Michigan, USA. I came to US in last October on H1 visa and now I am planning to bring my wife on H4. She got a valid H4 US Visa also, but the thing is on her Visa she got her Last name as “Rehaana Sultana” and first name as “FNU (First name unknown)”, but on her passport she got her First name as “Rehaana Sultana” and doesn’t have a Last name at all.. The way her name mentioned on her passport is correct because she doesn’t have last name. now will this be a problem for her to come & stay in US and to apply for drivers license and I-10 and for me to claim taxes ??
Please advise me…
