L1B to H1B
Hello,
Thanks for this forum, Well, I am staying USA past 1.5 yers on L1B Visa. I have filed for H1b transfer visa through other consultant and that has been approved but I have not change my status to H1B.
Visa applied for me is L1b transfer to H1b, that is not a fresh H1B Visa.
My questions are:
1) What is the process, I mean what I must be aware before I switch company?
2) How much time does this takes (transfer L1B to H1B) a month / 2/3 months?
3) Do I have any risk if I change company here in USA, by not going out side USA? if Yes how can I do this?
same way what if I go back India and come USA on H1 B papers?
4) After approval of H1b Visa with in how many months/Year have to go for stamping? (May be a poor question for many ppl
