Hi,
I am on a valid H1B visa and my spouse is currently on H4 status. We applied H1B visa for her and her petition got picked in the lottery, and was moved to RFE.
RFE is all about additional evidence to prove her current H4 status, and I was asked to provide my pay slips and Approved H1B petition to prove that she is on a valid H4 status.
We have sent the required documentation to USICS (Mypayslips and the approved H1B petition with current company - "X").
But the main problem is:
I am going to switch the company in one month, say to a new company called "Y". So i would have a new approved petition with company "Y" in one month from now.
If my approved petition copy with Company "X" is reviewed after one month by USICS, would it create any issue during the RFE review as my petition with company "X" is no more valid?
