H4 stamping without H1 Stampped

Hello folks

I was on L1, Got H1B under cap exemption and H4 approval for family.
Got approval till 2018
L2 visa was expiring so family traveled to India
Now I am in US on H1B status
Is there any issue if family go for H4 stamping though I didn't stamp H1B?

Dont see many. They should carry your latest paystubs, I797, and relevant documents. In extreme rare cases where employer=employee relationship is not clearly established they may ask H1 to accompany.
