I have a b1/b2 visa and have entered the US twice. During my second trip,I got married to my beau who holds a H1. I am currently overseas and am going to lodge an application for H4. Because I entered the country with the intent to visit my brother and got hitched,would it make it difficult for me to have H4 approved? Should I have my status changed when in the US? He got his I-140 approved recently.
What would happen to my tourist visa if my H4 gets rejected? Of what i heard you can only reapply for H4 thrice if they refuse under any sections. Would I be able to apply for b1/b2 again if it gets revoked?
