Consulate Appointment in Jan 2006

Hi,
I have a H1-B appointment with the consulate(Chennai) in Jan but in Chennai consulate
it is mentioned that all the appointments in the month of Jan are re-scheduled to Feb. But i have not received any Phone call or e-Mail confirming the dates in Feb. I have called this 04428112060 many times but was always getting Automated Voice response. Any suggestions in this regard would be greatly appreciated.Thank you.

see this url for more info. and at one place it was mentioned that "we have moved all appointments made for December 30, 2005 to January 7, 2006."
my family's h4 was scheduled for Jan 4th..and I have received neither call or e-mail. so my wife and kids went as usual to the consulate and got the visa stamping also.
so..if u didn't receive any e-mail to the id which u mentioned in the forms..then assume that there is no change in your appointment..
