GreenCard and H1B

I got my GreenCard thru employment and now my wife is applying for H1B. What are possibilities that she can get her VISA. She is Masters in Computers and having 2+ years of experience. Any help is highly appreciated.

Your wife will have to maintain independent status while in US since you are green card holder but not yet citizen.
It may be difficult for her to get visitor visa since B1 visa is non-immigrant which contradicts with your green card status.
