H4 Restamping Question

Hello Friends,

I am on H1B visa and my wife is on H4 visa.
Currently she is in India visiting Family and her current stamped Visa is valid till Jan-2016 but the most I-539 approval is valid till 2018.
She is coming back to US in Mid July this year, does she has to get a re-stamping done before coming to States.

Any response is appreciated!!

She can use her current valid H4 visa to re-enter U.S. She will need your H1B approval notice to show at the POE. Her I-94 will be issued as per your H1B petition expiry date.
