My case as follows:
Came to usa on f1 in jan 2008.got job in march 2011.got laid off in feb 2012.the company did not notify uscis till march.filed for new h1 in march end.got approval in july. However situations in india got bad. So informed the employer and never started work with them and returned to india permanently in dec 2012.had to stay back till dec 2012 due to a car loan.
In india started working for my current company in march 2013.they filed for my h1petition in jan 2015.it got approved in april2015.
Now i have mentioned this entire case in the ds160 in brief truthfully.what are my chances at the consulate for a successful stamping.
