H1B application for nany (job)

Hi everyone!!! Well pretty much this is my situation, i am 18 years old and i wand to apply for a us job viza. In usa i have a friend that is us citizen and has 2 small kids and she is divorced. She wands to send me a invite letter or better a job offer, she will offer me a house to stay and take care for all my spendings..
she wands from me to take care for kids but she wands only me she dont trust any one else. Do i qualify for this? and if i qualify what is the procedure that i have to make or she has to make?

H1B is for specialty occupation. Your case doesn't qualify for H1B.

I agree, childcare and childhood educated are not the specialty occupations applicable to H-1B visas. That said, it is possible for the employer to petition for a different type, if she is not able to find employees willing to work for the prevailing wage in her area. The employer needs to engage an attorney who practices employment based immigration law.

Most of these situations end up in heartbreak for the prospective employee. They find out that the prospective employer likes the idea of employing you, but not enough to pay you the prevailing wage or pay the expenses associated with the labor certification process.
