Hello All
My H1B Visa is valid till 2nd week of Feb 2006and I have got my Petition/WorkPermit - I797 - extended for next 3 years(till 2009). Since my job requires me to travel to-from USA to Canada and other countries, I need to get my H1B Visa also extended. I have an appointment in US consulate in Toronto in Jan 3rd week 2006.
Questions : How easy or difficult is it to get this done? are there too many tough questions?
Also, suppose the Visa extension gets rejected. Can I still come back to USA? As mentioned. my current I94 is till Feb 2nd week 2006+ I have I94 extension.
