Hey Guys,

I'm currently in between employers with regards to my H1B and I recently got married.
Can I still apply for my wife's H4??

My new employer applied for a visa status change and extension and the case is still pending.
I've already started working for the new company as I received by I-797 notice.

Need to know if I can apply for my wife's H4 with mt H1B transfer still pending approval?

You can. However, it is advisable to wait until the transfer gets approved. Usually visa is issued till the primary H1B holder's petition expiry date (The approval notice of the current employer).
