Entry to US with H4 visa

I came to US with H4 visa stamped from Canada being a PR of Canada but now have to be back to my home country from US. My US h4 visa is still valid for next 3 yrs.
If i go back to my home country will i have to get visa stamped from my country again or does the valid visa work to reenter US.

No need to go for visa stamping again. You can re-enter back in H4 visa as long as your spouse is maintaining the H1B status. You will need to carry your spouse's H1B approval notice when you re-enter to show at the POE.
