Travel to India with 1 month of visa validity remaining

I have my H1B visa stamped till Aug 3rd 2015 and got my extension approved till September 2016. I am right now in India but due to existing outage in visa stamping I cannot get it stamped now. My question is can't I travel back with my already stamped visa which is valid till Aug 3rd 2015.

Note. My expected travel date is July 3rd 2015.

Yes, you can use your existing valid H1B visa to travel back to U.S. Show both your new and old approval notice at the POE. The I-94 will be issued until your new petition's expiry date.
