Is your Mother in U.S while filling DS-160 for H4 visa stamping

Hi, I am on H-4 visa and planning to visit india for 2 months and hence will have to go for visa stamping. There is a question in DS-160 " Is your mother in U.S ?"
Now my mother don't live in U.S however she got visitor visa and at the moment( while I am filing DS-160 ) she is here In U.S with me , came to visit me and will be returning with me to india.

What should I write in the answer to that question:
YES or NO

You can answer NO. Whatever you fill in DS160 is as of the date of your visa interview.
