    H1 B Visa Reset Rule

    Hi,

    My spouse is currently in L1B and visa is getting max out on November 20th, 2015. His name got selected in H1 lottery but he is returning back to India now(29-June). H1 is currently in process and not yet approved.
    If he comes back after a year-
    Will his H1B will reset or it will continue consideing the L1B stay.?
