Unstamped, Unused H1B petition going to expire in Sep 2015.. Need help!

My unstamped & unsused H1B petition is going to expire soon in Sep 30, 2015.. Please let me know :-


1. Under new laws, Can this petition be amended and extended from India without travelling to US if the amendment is filled before Sep 2015?

2. Will I be cap exempt if I file a new petition ? If yes, then till when can I file the new petition ?


3. When the new petition can be filed - anytime or after Sep 30 2015 only?

>>> H1B CAP is valid for 6 years. You can file anytime before the CAP expires.
