I-140 Pending Can I switch employer

Hi,

My labor is approved and I-140 is pending for EB2. I'm thinking about changing my employer. I would like to know if I can do that without losing my priority date? If I can then what is the process to keep my priority date same?

Priority date cannot be ported without an approved I-140 associated to the PERM.
