H1B visa and Job Change.

Hi,
I am in India and I have got my H1B got selected in Lottery-2015.
I want to start working in USA after OCT2015 for some new employer with LCA transferred to new employer.
I have following queries.

1. For entering in USA , is it required that you must be working for original employer ?( who filed H1B) ?
2.Is there any minimum requirement for which time period I must work with original employer ?
