employer pay issues

My current employer has not given me paychecks since last year december. He didn't find me projects and doesnt pay me.

.He told me that he will pay once i get project. He only gave me some advance cash and none else. I have adjusted myself and lived since he holds my visa.

I have lived in a few states. Do i need to contact labor board in the company where he is registered or do I contact where I have lived and worked?

Can anyone advice how to deal with multiple states?.

Which states have you been working in, and which state is the employer based in?

I would suggest filing complaint with the DOL. Advisable to do so from where the original LCA was filed.
