H1 - Cap Exempt Interview

Hi

My H1 got picked in FY'13 and have done with stamping from my previous employer in Last year, As my employer was delaying my travel so switched new company which is near to my home town.

My present employer applied for new petition under cap exempt.

My question here is, will there be any questions from US officer at the time of visa interview like
1.) you have done with stamping from YYYY company but why you are not traveled.
2)Can we except any questions from VO on previous visa

1. VOs do not generally ask this question as their purpose would typically be to ascertain the validity of your current petition and job.
2. I dont think so.
