FY2016 H1B selected in Lottery, but withdrawn by Employer

My Petition got selected in this Apr'2015 Lottery...But now I see in USCIS website that my Employer had withdrawn that H1B petition...Can another Employer file a H1B under CAP exempt for me??

Nope. You will have to wait until next year to file under a brand new CAP.
