H1 B and I94 Expires in August 2015

Hi,

My H1B and I94 expires on 18 August 2015. My company is ready to file my extension soon, but obviously it won't be approved before August 2015.

I received an offer from another company, and they are ready to do my premium processing for transfer, but unfortunately it can be done only after 27 Jul 2015.

What are possibilities? Will I be legal to work after 18 August 2015, if my visa is not approved till that time?

As long as your extension or transfer is filed before your I-94 expiry date (Documents should reach USCIS before your I-94 expires), you can legally stay and work in U.S.
