H- 1B(New Filed) RFE for Employee Eployer Relationship- No client letter

Hello Experts,

I received RFE on newly filed H-1B Visa for employee eployer relationship. Our project is going to end in Nov15 and have no clue if client provides letter to me.
1) What can be done in this case to respond RFE?
2) Is client letter is mandatory?
3) Can I provide the all the details of new client?

Your response is highly appreciated.

1. You can provide only what you have. If USCIS not satisfied they might revoke the petition.
2. Many a times it is, generally if it is a small company, or H1 dependent company.
3. Is the new client at a different location? Is the role same? If yes, it would first involve filing of a new LCA and an amendment to the petition.
