Get offer from Company C, while H1b is transferring from Company A to Company B

Hi, everyone

I have a question. I'm now working in Company B, but my H1b is still under the process of transferring from Company A. Right now I only got receipt notice for this transfer petition.

But, current I'm attracted by another Company C, which I like most and really wish to take this opportunity.

If I get the offer from Company C, is it possible that I can accept it? Is Company C able to apply a H1b transfer for me under this circumstances? Or should I wait for the completion of H1b transfer to Company B?

You can apply for a transfer from B to C using company B's receipt notice. The petition will be accepted as a bridge petition since you transfer to Company B is still pending. Which means, your transfer to company C will get approved only if company B's petition gets approved. If Company B's petition gets denied, then most likely Company C petition will also gets denied (as the bride breaks) or it will get approved for consular process.
