Anyone applied for H1 to F1 transfer recently? In the last 8-10 months?

Looking for someone who applied for a transfer of visa - from H1B to F1, in the last 8 to 10 months. Just want to know the processing times - the times on the USCIS seems to be incorrect.

I know its been a while since you posted this. Could you please tell me the approximate processing time your COS was approved? Thanks
